Prenatal Yoga and Birth Support in Princeton, TX

Bringing families to life!

welcome to The Pink Haired Doula!

I’m a birth doula and prenatal yoga instructor based in Princeton, TX!

I'm here to help you figure out what birth can look like for you—not what Instagram says it should look like, not what your mom's friend's cousin did, but what actually feels right for your body and your family.

I teach prenatal yoga because pregnancy and birth aren't just physical experiences—they're mental, emotional, and spiritual, too! We'll work on stretches that ease the aches, breathing techniques that calm your nervous system, and movement that helps you connect with what your body is doing and the baby it's growing. Because preparing for birth isn't just about your pelvis—it's about your mind and your heart, too.

As a doula, I'm the person who shows up when things get real. I'm there with the counter-pressure during contractions, the reminder to breathe, the snacks, the "you've got this" when you're sure you don't. I'm not there to make decisions for you or tell you what to do—I'm there to help you feel steady and informed so you can make your own calls.

I'm a summer-loving, question-everything kind of person who thinks there's a little bit of magic in all of us!

You're going to have questions. You're going to be scared sometimes. You might feel like you're doing it all wrong. That's normal. That's human. And you deserve someone in your corner who gets that—someone who won't feed you platitudes but will actually show up and help you through it.

However you bring your baby into the world, I'm here for it.

Some nice things people have said about me

I am SO HAPPY we chose to have a doula involved in the birth of our second son in Japan. You want someone in your corner who you can be your most authentic self with, and I found that in Micah. She was a resource for information, an emotional sounding board, and cheerleader rolled into one person. Having Micah there strengthened the amazing connection between my husband and I. She was supportive, compassionate, an advocate, and basically a labor & delivery encyclopedia! I’d highly recommend her to other mamas for an informed, supported and empowered birth experience.
